Are comparable properties loaded automatically?
No. The report owner chooses when to search for comps, and Dwelize does not re-fetch them automatically.
Comps are loaded only after the report owner explicitly chooses Find Comps & Analyze. This keeps the workflow intentional and avoids unnecessary data requests for reports you are still exploring.
One saved search per report
Once a comps search has been loaded for a report, it is retained with that report instead of being silently re-fetched on a later visit.
