Dwelize presents the returned comparable properties so you can inspect them and choose which ones should inform the valuation. The quality of the selected comps matters more than the quantity.
- Check location and property type.
- Compare size, condition, beds, and baths.
- Use recent, relevant sales where possible.
- Exclude outliers that do not reflect the subject property.
