What do I need to enter to get a report?
Start with an address; add the asking price and estimated rent on the report page.
An address is enough to create a report. Dwelize then geocodes the location and sets up the report without running the AI analysis yet.
Analyze when you are ready
Add the asking price and estimated rent on the report page, then choose Analyze Deal. Deferring this step means a report you never analyze does not incur an AI call.
