What happens if a data source is unavailable?
Dwelize uses safe fallbacks where possible, so an outage does not automatically prevent a useful report.
External data services can occasionally be unavailable. Dwelize is designed so geocoding can fail gracefully and the mortgage-rate default can fall back to 7.0%, allowing you to continue with an editable report.
Check the inputs
When a fallback is used, review and replace the affected assumption with your own verified figure before making a decision.
